5 step to switch easy
- Review Your Notice Period: Begin by reviewing the notice period required by your current agent, you should find this in your contract. If you're uncertain about the details, contact them for confirmation.
- After determining your notice period, provide it to your current agent in written. To facilitate this process for your tenants, try to align the notice with their rent due dates.
- You're now able to sign up with a new agent. We'll ask you to complete the necessary paperwork and documentation. During this stage, we can address any questions you might have to ensure you're satisfied with the process.
- After you've signed up with us, we will gather all required information from your current agent, including keys, the existing contract, and any other relevant property details.
- Lastly, you need to notify all your tenants about the change of agent and provide them with details. Usually, your current agent will also notify the tenants if they fail to do this, no problem we will always communicate with your tenants to inform them about these changes and explain what they can expect moving forward.
