Unlike traditional insurance backed rent guarantee, landlords can enjoy a guaranteed fixed income through our Guaranteed Rent service, which ensures you receive payment regardless of whether the property is vacant or the tenant defaults. This hassle-free solution allows Landlords to have peace of mind knowing the rent is secured and the property is being managed by Gieva Estates professional property management service.

Includes – Guarantee Rent protection and Legal Expenses Cover

We take the stress out of being a landlord and manage the property completely. To further give you peace of mind we add Guarantee Rent protection and Legal Expenses cover to safeguard your rental income at no extra charge.

  • It serves as a safety net in case your tenants are unable to pay their rent – receive full payment on missed rents until vacant possession of the property or for up to 15 months, whichever comes first, up to a maximum of £50,00.
  • Cover for professional (legal fees) & claim costs included – Up to £100,000 to cover eviction and any court costs incurred if the tenant is in breach of their tenancy agreement.
  • Covers breaches of the tenancy agreement by the tenant, including non-payment of rent and other scenarios.
  • Evictions are managed on your behalf.

Our fully managed service includes providing property preparation assistance, marketing on major portals including Rightmove and Zoopla, finding a tenant, conducting tenant interviews, creating necessary agreements and inventory reports, maintenance services and collection of rent payments, along with managing tenant inquiries and much more.

Our Rent Collection Service allows landlords to continue to manage their property during a tenancy period. You will handle tenant queries and property management but would like Gieva Estates to handle the financial and admin processes in order to keep compliant and in line with landlord renting responsibilities.
